WINTER REGISTRATION DAY

Prior to Arrival

Download the Reach Student Life Management app and the Sway Medical app to your student's cell phone or tablet before Registration Day. Please ensure any screen protectors are not cracked.

Please log into your goCVA account and complete all required Magnus Health forms.

Overview

Arrive at the lobby of the Webber Academic Center on King Cummings Campus, 5015 Begins Way, Carrabassett Valley, ME, during your scheduled time below. Arrival times are based on the first letter of the student’s last name. All parents are encouraged to participate in the Registration Stations, Gratitude Ceremony, and Welcome Luncheon.

Boarding students must complete Registration Stations before moving into dorm rooms.
Parent departure time is approximately 12:25 pm.
Boarding and Day students will participate in on-campus Orientation activities in the afternoon.
Day student parents should plan to return at approximately 5:15 pm to pick up their student at the Academic Center.

Schedule of Events

8:00 am - 9:30 am: Arrival based on first letter of the student’s last name
10:00 am: Parents and students attend team meetings with coaches.
10:45 am: Gratitude Ceremony held outside Atrium (rain location: inside the Atrium).
11:00 am: Welcome Luncheon at the Capricorn: All students, parents, and employees
12:25 pm: Parents depart campus. Student Orientation Activities for Boarding and Day students.
4:30 pm: Day students depart campus. Boarding students have free time until dinner.
5:30 pm: Dinner for Boarding students and staff at the Capricorn.
6:30 pm: Dorm Student room setup. Day Student permitted on campus 6:30-8:00pm.
8:00 pm: Dorm meeting for all dorm students and residents

2026/2027 TUITION

Here is a summarized guide to tuition payment plans with payment deadlines. Tuition payment plans were selected with the enrollment contract signature. Tuition payments can be made by check, eCheck, or credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee and a $50 charge for returned ACH payments or wires.

Tuition Payment Plans:

1. Plan A: Full Payment

Deadline: Pay the full amount of the tuition, less the enrollment deposit, by July 18 for Fall families and September 18 for Winter families.

2. Plan B: Two Installments

Deadline: Pay 50% of the tuition, less the enrollment deposit, by July 18 for Fall families and September 18 for Winter families.

Remaining Balance: Due by December 1, along with accrued monthly interest.
There is no penalty for pre-payment.

3. Plan C: Monthly Installments

Deadline: Pay 25% of the tuition, less enrollment deposit, by July 18 for Fall families and September 18 for Winter families.
Remaining Balance: Due in monthly payments starting September 1 for Fall families and November 1 for Winter families, along with accrued interest.
There is no penalty for pre-payment.

Fall Scholarships

One of CVA’s most important partners is the Sugarloaf Ski Club; a cornerstone of the Sugarloaf community and a driving force behind youth snowsports in Maine. The Ski Club's mission is to provide opportunities for all youth to participate and excel in skiing and snowboarding, foster community through events, support competitive programs, and preserve the mountain's history and heritage.
