A Message from the Head of School

Alex Godomsky
The 2025/26 school year is off to a strong start. Registration Day was filled with energy as returning families reconnected and new families joined our community. Orientation trips gave students a chance to bond, make memories, and set the foundation for a meaningful year together, even in the rain.
Greetings from Carrabassett Valley!

The 2025/26 school year is off to a strong start. Registration Day was filled with energy as returning families reconnected and new families joined our community. We have already started taking action on our new strategic plan, which provides a clear direction for student success and organizational growth. Through the plan, we are strengthening every aspect of the CVA experience, starting with the High Performance Center, a designated training and rehabilitation space that brings more flexibility to schedules. We have also launched our new partnership with Champions Advantage to expand student wellness.

This year carries an added sense of excitement as we look ahead to the 2026 Winter Olympics, where more than eleven CVA athletes are being considered. Whether competing on the world stage or challenging themselves in the classroom, every CVA student shows us what is possible when passion meets perseverance. The spirit of CVA shines brightest when we dream big, support each other, and strive for more.

With gratitude,
