On Saturday, December 6th, the hill came alive as more than 200 athletes, coaches, and families from CVA’s Alpine, Freestyle, Snowboard, Ski Cross, and U8 groups reunited with old friends and welcomed new faces. Laughter, cheers, and the sound of skis and boards on snow marked the official start of the 2025–2026 CVA Weekend Program.
For many, the start of the season is more than just skiing and riding — it’s a chance to connect with teammates, build friendships, and be part of a supportive community that celebrates effort, progress, and joy on the snow.

What is the CVA Weekend Program?

The program is designed to help each athlete:
  • Build strong technical skills in skiing and snowboarding
  • Develop sportsmanship and teamwork
  • Foster a lifelong love of skiing, riding, and community

Coaches, families, and athletes work together to create a culture where everyone feels included, challenged, and celebrated.

Whether it’s the thrill of learning a new skill, the pride in mastering a turn, or the joy of connecting with friends old and new, every athlete plays a part in shaping the CVA community each weekend.

As the 2025–2026 season begins, the program will focus on developing skills and building confidence in a supportive environment.
