Athlete of the Month: Luke Holman ’29
Luke returned to CVA ready to work after putting in a lot of effort over the summer. He has continued that hard work throughout the fall, spending plenty of evenings in the gym working toward his athletic goals.

What a wonderful Fall Family and Homecoming Weekend! With Sugarloaf in full fall color, more than 65 families joined us across campus and on the mountain.
Carrabassett Valley Academy has always been about more than a place to go to school. It is a community built around a shared love of learning, athletics, personal growth, and the mountains that make our setting so unique. The relationships formed here, the challenges our student-athletes embrace, and the traditions we carry forward are at the heart of what makes CVA special.
There’s something special about Fall Family Weekend at CVA. Held alongside Sugarloaf’s Homecoming Weekend, it brought CVA families, alumni, staff, and community members together across campus and the mountain. With fall colors throughout the valley and a full weekend of activities, there were plenty of opportunities to catch up and enjoy time together.
