Welcome Justin Clark – CVA’s New Freestyle Weekend Program Manager
Carrabassett Valley Academy is thrilled to welcome Coach Justin Clark as our new Freestyle Weekend Program Manager! A familiar face on the hill and a longtime member of the Sugarloaf community, Justin brings a deep passion for skiing and athlete development to this leadership role.
Justin’s connection to Sugarloaf began in 1996, and since then, he has dedicated decades to helping young skiers grow on and off snow and become confident, goal-oriented individuals. Many CVA families already know Justin through his work as a weekend program coach, where his emphasis on goal setting and steady, intentional progress has made a lasting impact on athletes of all ages.
A graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington’s Ski Industries program, Justin continues to draw on that foundation to mentor athletes and support the next generation of Sugarloaf skiers. He’s excited to guide the Freestyle Weekend Program forward, empowering both athletes and coaches while fostering a fun, positive environment rooted in Sugarloaf spirit.
When he’s not on the hill, Justin can be found exploring the outdoors, staying active, and giving back to the skiing community that has shaped his life and career.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Justin to his new role—we’re looking forward to an incredible season ahead!
