Annual student phone-a-thon raises $2000

In this year’s student phone-a-thon to benefit the Annual Fund, about thirty student callers raised $2000 in three hours.  Three teachers offered extra credit to the students who made calls, acknowledging talking to strangers and asking for things is an important life skill.  Many students also saw it as a way to show their gratitude for the experiences CVA makes possible.  The CVA Annual Fund supports every aspect of the CVA experience, along with providing scholarship assistance to over half of the student-athletes.
