Sharing a warm thank you and best wishes to Steve Sitz, who will retire from  CVA at the end of this month

All of us in the CVA community wish to share a warm thank you and best wishes to Steve Sitz, who will retire from  CVA at the end of this month. Over the past 17 years here, Steve’s contributions to the school cannot be overstated. In his tenure, Steve’s titles of teacher, IT manager and Director of Finance haven’t remotely defined all his roles. No matter what the task or the responsibility, when asked to serve, Steve has always stepped up. His smart, strategic and conscientious financial planning and management is the reason the school is in such a strong position today. He was honored by the CVA Board of Trustees with the H. King Cummings Service award during the 2021 graduation ceremony, an award that honors those who have performed valuable service beyond normal expectations and have made an outstanding contribution to the growth and development of CVA.
