High Performance Center Nears Completion

Exciting progress continues on Carrabassett Valley Academy’s High Performance Center, as the project enters its final stage of construction and the space truly begins to come to life.
Over the past several weeks, the interior has taken a major step forward with painting now complete, giving the facility a finished feel and allowing the full vision of the space to emerge. With this milestone behind us, construction has moved into interior finish work, including the installation of trim, cabinets, cubbies, doors, and flooring. These details are transforming the building from a construction site into a functional, athlete-centered environment designed to support CVA’s mission of excellence.

With the HVAC system now operating and the installation of our fitness equipment due next week, we are keeping the project on track and building momentum towards a soft opening in late February.

Once complete, the High Performance Center will serve as a cornerstone of CVA’s athletic and academic programming. Purpose-built to support strength training, conditioning, recovery, and education, the facility reflects CVA’s commitment to providing student-athletes with the resources they need to train smart, stay healthy, and perform at the highest level. More than just a training space, the Center is designed to foster community, discipline, and long-term athlete development.

We are grateful to the many supporters, donors, and partners who have helped bring this ambitious project to fruition. Their investment is already paying dividends as the Center moves closer to completion. We look forward to sharing more updates soon and welcoming our students into this exceptional new facility.
